A year and a half after the last physical meeting, all FEGIME Italia’s members gathered for their usual summer meeting. Milan was the setting and members were able to admire the Cenacolo, the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and pass through the spectacular courtyards and park of the Castello Sforzesco before reaching their dinner location.

The following day, the General Assembly was held where, in addition to an analysis of a first half-year with double-digit growth, new strategies for the future of the group were presented and the FEGIME Day awards ceremony was held.

FEGIME Day (as reported: https://www.fegime.com/2021/06/22/italy-turns-blue/) was perfect proof of a considerable group spirit. Each member made their points of sale a regional showcase, giving visibility to the FEGIME brand and involving all employees. At the meeting, not only was the overall winner announced, but recognition was given to those who had distinguished themselves in each category:

  • ELECTRA COMMERCIALE S.p.A. was awarded the #CREATIVITY&ORIGINALITY plaque
  • DIMER S.c.ar.l. won the award for #TERRITORIALITY
  • GAROFOLI S.p.A. and NORD ELETTRICA S.p.A. were both awarded the #VISIBILITY OF THE BRAND plaque
  • ELCO INGROSS S.r.l. came first in the #TEAM category
  • IMAT FELCO S.p.A. won the #SOCIAL award (see photo)

But for the first edition of FEGIME Day Italy the WINNER is DIMER S.c.ar.l. (subsidiary LO CASCIO ELETTRICITA’ S.a.s.), which won a team prize, a voucher for an activity to be done together with its employees.

2020 may have slowed down the pace of business a little – but not the ideas that FEGIME Italia has for the future of the group!
