FEGIME Denmark member AO’s unique 24/7 service app “AO365” has already proven its worth among Danish customers (we reported last year: https://www.fegime.com/2020/07/06/open-all-hours/) and now the company’s exceptional service has also been noticed outside our sector.

The Danish Digital Award was held yesterday and aims to reward and give visibility to the most inspiring, effective and well-executed digital work that develops or supports a company’s business activities. AO was nominated for AO365 in 5 out of 16 categories and won 1st place for both Best Customer Experience and Best Commerce Solution. In addition, AO won 3rd place in the Best Digital Customer Promise and Best Digital Transformation categories.

To close the show, the best digital companies of the year were chosen. And the winner was…. AO! The best digital agency of the year was then named, with Netcompany winning for its work at AO. Finally, the Digital Profile of the Year was awarded to Troels West from Netcompany, who is currently developing AO365 at AO.

The chairman of the Danish Digital Award said: “AO is a case with future prospects and clear potential to disrupt the industry”.
