At FEGIME, we live and breathe sustainability in a special way. It’s not just about responsibility, it’s about creating a better future, together.
The Better Future Awards were born from this shared vision.
This initiative was created to give visibility and recognition to the many sustainability projects developed across our international network, projects that reflect our global commitment to the environment, people, and innovation.
Originally launched by FEGIME Future during the FEGIME Congress in Hamburg 2023, the awards were received in a very enthusiastic way from all the network.
The first edition of the Better Future Awards was officially presented at the 2025 FEGIME Congress in Porto, where we received over 50 project submissions from 10 countries across Europe and Latin America.
These initiatives address a wide range of environmental and social challenges, showing how deeply our members care and act for the planet. Through energy efficiency, education, circularity, digital innovation, and community impact, the FEGIME network proves that sustainability is not just a value, but a way of doing business.
