A trip to Obernai was planned for April 2020 but soon became one of the first items on the agenda to fall victim to the pandemic. Travel has continued to be difficult since then but FEGIME Future did not allow that to stop them meeting up with partner supplier Hager last week – digitally of course.

And journeys were the central theme to the online meeting in two sessions this April: on the one hand the “Installer Customer Journey” examining new, digital ways of interaction with a “typical” small, residential installer, and secondly the “Wholesaler Customer Journey” to look at new digital possibilities for FEGIME wholesalers to purchase from Hager.

The team around Directors Key Account Management Roger Claessen & Peter Caldwell had prepared a lot of material and discussions for the 20 FEGIME Future participants from 11 countries. But first – in honour of the very long & close relationship between FEGIME Future and the Hager family – Daniel Hager welcomed the group to the meeting.
