In times like these holding large congresses or meetings is very difficult – if not totally impossible. FEGIME España decided not to just go without and did some thinking “outside the box”. The result was their virtual prestige project the “Campus FEGIME”, launched today with the participation of 28 distributors and some 450 attendees.

The pandemic and its pursuant lockdowns have put a huge strain worldwide on personal contact – the human interaction that is the basis of our society and consequently business. It has been very challenging for companies to overcome this, to adapt to the new circumstances and find imaginative, but nevertheless useful and practical solutions. In a comfortable, safe and accessible format Campus FEGIME allows members, employees and suppliers to mix and mingle together – virtually – almost exactly like they used to….

So how does it work? First register, choose your avatar then stroll around from booth to booth to take part in chats, video conferences, lectures, presentations, meetings, workshops, training sessions – whatever catches your eye and captures your interest.

Suppliers and members can also arrange to have private rooms for confidential discussions. There are workshops for specific topics – for example logistics, people management, Social Media, new work models etc. – where internal groups work together on common projects and the transfer of know-how.

In short you can do everything you could do at an “old-school” pre-pandemic convention but with big savings on travel, accommodation, food etc. – and what is more: reach an unlimited audience.
