BEST B2B COMPANY IN DENMARK
Yesterday our colleagues from FEGIME Denmark were proud to hear that the Danish Chamber of Commerce (Dansk Erhverv) had voted them “Best B2B company with online turnover over DKK 200 million”.
One of the major points in their favour was the AO365 app which – as we reported last summer (see FEGIME News July 6 2020: https://www.fegime.com/2020/07/06/open-all-hours/) – enables installers to pick up goods literally whenever they want: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
But it was even more than that as you can see from the jury’s comment: “How close can a customer/supplier relationship be? And is it one of the digital competition parameters of the future? This year’s winner is in no doubt as to the answer and has literally – and in all confidence – given the key to the store to their customers. An impressive omnichannel setup, where almost half of the revenue is digital and almost a quarter of the revenue is self-service. It has laid the groundwork for an even more impressive growth on the bottom line of as much as 30%. That you have at the same time managed to get the whole organization on board, not just as passengers, but as ambassadors, is a unique achievement in itself.”
