Since 2012, Caiado has managed a unique internal initiative known as the “Coffee Fund”, which channels resources into impactful social projects. This fund supports causes related to education, healthcare, and vulnerable communities, including children with special needs.
The initiative has funded school renovations in Africa, summer camps, food baskets, refugee transport, and even joyful experiences like water park visits and concerts. Every contribution is designed to maximize positive outcomes for society—bringing smiles and opportunities where they’re most needed.
