The shift includes requesting paperless communication from all external partners, adopting digital signature protocols, and deploying an internal platform for compliant document management. This initiative boosts remote access, data security, and operational efficiency, while freeing up office space for greener elements like plants and natural light.
By going fully digital, FEGIME reduces CO₂ emissions and supports a modern, environmentally conscious office culture.
