For the FAMP 2023 we returned to the roots: Lisbon, where the first FAMP was held and to Universidade Catolica Portuguesa which was our partner business school once again.
45 members from 11 countries mainly from our FEGIME Future group took part in the one-week long programme that combined inspiring classes on the main topic of sustainability and responsible business together with team building activities.

“Without profit and economic sustainability there will hardly be any concerns with environmenta and social issues. But what is becoming abundantly clear is that without dealing with those concerns, there will hardly be any profit or economic sustainability”

Nuno Moreira da Cruz

Nowadays, Sustainability must be seen as a company structuring pillar. There are environmental and social guidelines to be met at an international level, namely, the Sustainable Development Goals launched by the UN. The “Responsible Business”, the “Purpose”, the “Social Innovation” allied to the environmental concerns are indispensable to an organizations’ value creation. Having this in mind, CATÓLICA LISBON designed a customized program based on FEGIME’s requirements and goals on Sustainability for the family business owners. It consisted of a 5-day programme, divided into 5 main blocks: Responsible Business Strategy, Current Trends, Into the future, Cultural Experiences and Gastronomic Moments in the Portuguese capital.
