FEGIME Denmark (AO Johansen) have entered into an agreement to purchase all shares in EA Værktøj, a Danish wholesale company serving carpenters in the areas of fastening materials, power and hand tools, workwear and safety equipment.

The acquisition will expand the AO Group’s combined network of stores to 58 in Denmark and five in Sweden – where FEGIME will be represented for the first time.

The mid- to long-term intention is that all EA stores will carry the AO range for plumbers, electrical installers and contractors. Products for the carpentry industry will also be available from the AO central warehouse and selected stores.
