AO365: The New Flexible App Service from our FEGIME Denmark Colleagues is the Latest Addition to their Impressive Digital Toolkit

The world will never be the same as it was before Corona. And one thing that has already arrived to stay is totally flexible working hours.
This was the thinking behind the brand-new service now being offered to AO’s best customers in Denmark: AO365. This extension to the existing app enables installers to pick up goods literally whenever they want: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The only condition is that the installer has to sign the relevant documents to become an authorised user of AO365.
The first store to start offering the service a few days ago was AO in Hørsholm and throughout 2020 as many as 9 additional stores will be added to the list. With this new service on the app customers are literally given a digital key to open the store at their convenience. This has the additional advantage of helping installers to keep their own backup stocks extremely low.
It really is easy: when the customer arrives at the store, he opens the app & AO365, then swipes to open the store. Once inside he scans the items on the shelf, places them in the designated AO365 area to be registered by the cameras, ends his purchase, checks the receipt and leaves. Outside he swipes again to close the store. Done.
