At Berggård Amundsen, social inclusion is not just a value—it’s embedded in our business. Through initiatives like Blue Month, each local store supports a positive community cause, such as improving electrical systems for sports clubs or youth centers, directly contributing to local well-being and opportunity creation.

We also partner with NAV, Norway’s Labour and Welfare Administration, to provide job training for individuals re-entering the workforce. Several of these trainees have become full-time employees, illustrating the real impact of these efforts. Additionally, we offer summer jobs and internships to young people, helping them gain valuable experience and prepare for future employment.
