Casa Magnani and Transelec | Argentina

Led by Casa Magnani SRL and Transelec, the Garden Kit Project is a FEGIME LATAM sustainability initiative designed to promote urban biodiversity, food sovereignty, and environmental education. Implemented across Argentina with the collaboration of 12 companies, the project encourages local food production, reduces plastic waste, and minimizes the carbon footprint of long-distance food transportation.
Each garden functions as a carbon sink, restores ecosystems, and serves as an open-air classroom—empowering students, communities, and underserved groups through hands-on learning and regenerative practices. The initiative aligns with SDGs 2, 11, 12, and 13, promoting circular economy principles and healthy lifestyles while fostering collaboration within the FEGIME LATAM network.
With over 14 gardens installed and 52 people directly involved, the Garden Kit Project stands as a replicable, multi-dimensional model that unites environmental, educational, and social goals. It reflects how cross-sector collaboration can yield deep, lasting impact on both communities and the planet.
