The 12th edition of the FEGIME Advanced Management Programme (FAMP) took place from October 12th to 18th, 2025, bringing together the next generation of leaders from across our network for an intensive week of learning at the prestigious Ashridge House in the UK.

This year’s programe gathered 38 participants from 14 nationalities, a truly international group that reflects the diversity and strength of the FEGIME family.
Countries represented included Poland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Argentina, Norway, Finland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Hungary and Ukraine.
We were also proud to welcome 11 first-time participants, highlighting the ongoing growth and renewal of the programme.

A Week Designed for Growth

The programe began on Sunday, October 12th with arrivals and a welcome dinner, giving the group the opportunity to meet, connect and set the tone for the days ahead.
From Monday to Friday, participants immersed themselves in a rigorous academic and experiential curriculum, covering leadership, innovation, change management and strategic thinking — guided by a world-class faculty.

Beyond the structured sessions, participants highlighted the value of the informal moments: shared meals, group work, personal conversations and the unique setting of Ashridge House — all of which contributed to creating strong connections across countries and cultures.

FAMP is more than a management programme, it is an investment in people. Each edition strengthens our network’s ability to evolve, collaborate and respond to the challenges of an ever-changing market.
It equips participants not only with knowledge, but with relationships and shared purpose — the foundations that define the FEGIME culture.
